Website enquiries do not create a paid order. Fees, milestones, cancellation rights, and refunds—if any—are governed by the signed statement of work, master services agreement, or order form between the client and VYNSORA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

Unless a contract states otherwise, prepaid discovery or deposit amounts may be non-refundable once work has commenced, while unused prepaid amounts for cancelled future phases may be handled as agreed in writing.
